Illinois lawmakers have approved a brand-new Digital Asset Tax as part of the largest state budget in Illinois history.
No other state has adopted this type of tax, and many legal experts say its language is so broad that questions remain about exactly what transactions could be affected.
Because of an outdated state law, Illinois is 1 of only 3 states in the country that bans fireworks which, once again, prevents us from benefiting from an industry worth billions of dollars.

Pritzker and his Supermajority Democrat Party also have their undies in a bunch over the recent ruling by the United State Supreme Court which will force them to rethink Illinois’ gun laws in order to bring them in compliance with the new ruling:
But they LOVE abortion.
No bans forthcoming on this front. And besides, it’s a huge money-maker and vote-getter, so what’s not to love? There will be no discussion on the morality of the issue. Period.
