I recently joined Mike Madrid for a conversation about our campaign and the momentum we’re building to flip Texas’ 15th District blue.
When I first jumped into this race, I heard the same story about TX-15 over and over again.
Like I told Mike, people didn’t believe this district was winnable for a Democrat. They said this seat was out of reach, and that a Tejano singer had no chance at flipping a district Trump won by 18 points.
I’m no career politician, but I knew we could win if we worked hard at the number one thing Monica De La Cruz has consistently failed to do: show up in our community.
And that’s exactly what we’re doing.
After months of ranch halls, quinceañeras, and conversations with people about the issues that really matter down here in South Texas, we’ve taken the lead.
In a district that went for Trump by 18 points in 2024, I’m now 6 points up in the latest poll.
Thanks for keeping up with our campaign,
Bobby
Before you go!
After 30 years in music, two-time Latin GRAMMY-winning Tejano artist Bobby Pulido is retiring from the stage to fight for his community in Congress.
TX-15 could decide House control and two recent polls show Bobby ahead. But his Trump-backed opponent, propped up by far-right national Republicans, still has twice as much cash on hand.
Bobby is counting on grassroots support to close the gap.
