I am still away in Sedona, Arizona, but I wanted to honor the Sun moving into the second sign in the Astrological Wheel.

The transition from fiery Aries season to the grounded, Earth sign of Taurus can be a blessing. To feel the grounding, rooting energy can be settling to our nervous systems after all the fire that Aries sparked within you.

This is an opportunity to root your intentions and feel into your body the subtle shifts that occurred during the Aries Season.
