Hi!

The sun is beginning to set at Amelia Island, Florida. My time here is coming to an end. I am packing up the beach gear and repacking for my kundalini yoga training in Sedona, Arizona. My flight leaves tomorrow afternoon, leaving me time for one last walk along the beach.

Watching the sunrise this morning was peaceful. Surrounded by a handful of early risers, we all lined up along the shoreline…waiting. At 6:59 am, the pink sun peeked out from the horizon. There was a collective pause as we patiently waited for the show. Mother Nature didn’t disappoint.

Within a couple of minutes, the sun popped up, illuminating the sky with bright light. I continued my walk along the beach, allowing the incoming waves to wash over my bare feet.

Pure joy.

While the sun was high in the sky, I took a break and shot a video for you. I thought I would share some of the goodies I brought along.

  • Spring Bitters Recipe

  • Tumeric/Ginger Oxymel

  • Ace of Wands Tarot Spread

  • Journal Questions

Aries Season Booklet

It is time to pack up all my supplies and goodies. I am limiting myself to two small journals, a woven bag of art supplies, and the sacred space make-up bag. I am leaving room to bring home new Lotuswei flower mists, postcards, local art, and crafts.

It is challenging for me to shift gears and leave “home”. Once I arrive at my Airbnb in Sedona, I will unpack my little sacred space. I will play in my journals.

I will create a new home.

Bringing a bit of home with me allows me to land gently in a new place. This simple routine soothes my anxiety and nerves, allowing me to feel safe and grounded.

I am leaving my computer behind and limiting my screen time while away. The fewer distractions I bring, the deeper I can drop into the training and be present.

I look forward to sharing when I return. Take care. 🥰

Talk to you soon,

❤️ Blythe
