Hi!
I thought I would shoot a quick video from the beach. I’m staying on Amelia Island, Florida, while my hubby works in Jacksonville.
I’m like a tiny bird with feet that move quickly across the sand. There was a lot of energy that wanted to move through me. After sitting in the car for seven hours yesterday, it felt wonderful to move.
The beach is one of favorited places to be, along with the mountains. I love walking barefoot on the beach and walking in the water as the tide comes in. The horizon grabs my attention as I simply put one foot in front of the other. Gazing at the water soothes my nerves and settles my nerves.
I am allowing the day to unfold and present itself to me.
