Summer is the perfect time for a road trip... so for June, I decided to spend the entire month hitting the road for a brand new Summer Road Trip Series.

The idea is simple: let the destination be the inspiration. Every stop is an opportunity to dress up a character, tell a new style story, and hunt for the very best vintage and thrift stores along the way.

For the first adventure, I headed to one of my favorite places... Joshua Tree. Home to some of my all-time favorite vintage shops. Needless to say, I shopped until my little vintage-lovin’ heart was happy.

So grab your road map, turn on your favorite playlist, and don’t forget to fuel up first. We started the day with eggs, sausage, and waffles (at a desert favorite) before setting off in search of desert gems and all the inspiration Joshua Tree had waiting around every corner.
