Benita Bensch · On Being Seen, Again

Over the last eighteen months I’ve been redesigning how I work to reflect what feels aligned with my energy, our family life, farming seasons, my values and the way I believe I can best help people.

Rather than sharing this with you in fragments, I wanted to name clearly the main elements of what I’m offering in 2026.

At the centre is Seen Again: Light on Matrescence, the book that gathers so much of what I’ve been exploring into one place: identity, visibility, matrescence and the stories we inherit (and the ones we choose). Pre-Orders open 3 March.

Alongside it is Seen Again: The Journey — five months in a small group, moving through the Illumination stages covered in the book. Naming what has been unseen. Re-authoring old narratives. Integrating what’s ready to shift. The Journey runs 20 April - 18 September. Enrolments are open and places are limited.

Then there’s Seen Again: The Immersion — a cosy winter escape at Sky High, Mt Franklin, Vic (pictured below) for three nights 28-31 July. Think snuggly blankets, hot coffee, long conversations, warm plunge pool, in-house chef, and creative incubation time. A sanctuary to hear yourself clearly again. Expressions of Interest are open.

I also continue to offer 1:1 Clarity coaching sessions — in-person or online — where we untangle what feels knotted and listen for what wants to emerge next.

And in a different but related thread, I support farming families through facilitation and strategy work, particularly around roles, clarity, and visibility within family business. I had a brilliant day facilitating part 1 of an annual planning meeting with the Ryan family last week.

It’s one body of work shared in different ways. Different pathways but the same ‘why’ underneath: helping women — and ultimately families — to evolve from feeling invisible to seen again, starting with seeing yourself first.

Thank you for being here and please reach out if you’d like to chat.

Have a beautiful week. Go bravely.

❤️ Benita xx
