We are super proud to announce that we have been selected as CB Insight’s Fintech 100 - one of the top 100 most promising fintechs of 2025. See the full list here.

But besides accolades, here are some highlights on what we’ve accomplished this quarter:

  • Reached over 165k users

  • Grew to 10+ financial institution partners

  • Launched AI partner match, which improved our account opening conversion by 2x

Not only are student loan delinquencies hitting a high, so are credit card delinquencies. Recent data from the New York Federal Reserve Bank and Equifax show this trend: credit card accounts that are 90+ days delinquent reached 12.27% in the second quarter, marking a 14-year peak.

Now that deposit trends are starting to normalize, it’s time to start thinking about lending again - how are you underwriting, and how are you influencing your accountholders to make on-time payments? How can you be proactive before their finances become an issue?

While fintechs historically spent most of their marketing dollars on social media, and banks and credit unions focused on traditional media (TV, billboards, radio/podcast, etc), it seems the market is flipping, at least for the moment, according to The Financial Brand.

Smaller fintech brands are working to get more brand awareness and recognition, and going to TV to do that. Meanwhile, banks and credit unions are realizing they need to reach a younger audience, and are flocking to social media. One is not better than the other - it all depends on your goal and who you’re trying to reach. We’re seeing this trend play out, although larger fintechs are still relying on social media (mainly influencer marketing) to drive reach.

  • We recently launched our new AI partner match - which helps us find better match our users to financial institutions in our network, using data points like credit, geography, and goals. Our new onboarding has so far doubled our conversion, and we expect this to be more optimized over time.

  • We’re so proud to have reached this milestone - the goal is to get to 1m+ by the end of next year. We are now growing by tens of thousands of users per month, which means thousands of new bank accounts are being opened at half the traditional CAC.

  • We continue full steam ahead for Rewards 2.0 - this will provide more value to our users while giving us more flexibility in rewarding account activity. Stay tuned!

As always, here are some conferences we’re attending coming up. Let me know if you’ll be there so I can say hello!

  • VentureTech, Dallas (Nov 2-5)

    • The place to be for any innovative credit union

  • Zeal Summit, Washington DC (Nov 12)

    • One of our investors, Zeal Capital Partners, is bringing together its portfolio companies and innovative financial institutions and LPs
