Chakra 3: Shine Your Light

Hope you were able to see through the smoke last week and keep trusting your gut.
This week we move into a Chakra 3 focus. Solar plexus weeks are good weeks for shining your confidence out into the world. Use your head. Make a plan and follow through on it.

The map this week is a rainbow-colored monarch butterfly with its wings fully open. Every color of the rainbow is woven into its wings, along with both colors for love. Rainbows remind us that bridges exist between what seems separate—between spirit and matter, possibility and reality, and one another.
Butterflies symbolize transformation. They move through three distinct stages—egg, caterpillar, and butterfly. This week, we arrive at the final stage. The work of becoming has already happened. Now it is time to trust your wings.
Monarch butterflies also remind us that we are part of something much larger than ourselves. Their migration spans generations, with no single butterfly completing the entire journey. In much the same way, we carry the resilience, wisdom, and unfinished stories of those who came before us while adding our own chapter for those who follow. There is an inner knowing that guides us, even when we cannot see the entire path.
It’s time to fly.
