Thank you to those who tuned into my first live video!
Please enjoy 27 minutes of this week’s astrology run-down (see, I’m getting more brief in my expression- sort of.) And if you watch closely (please don’t) you might catch the green herb that worked its way between my front teeth as I talk you through the week.
After you watch the video, you have TWO options (or maybe three, but the third is probably not what I want to hear):
Comment below & ask me about your own chart and life with regard to what’s happening this week.
Join the paid version and come to the Ask Aubrey Q & A THIS Thursday, April 16th at 4-5pm EST and let’s look at your chart! (And then you can come to breathwork on Saturday 5pm EST.)
In this week’s astrology video, I ranted a little about astrologers using AI to generate their content. It’s really bothering me. And I’ve committed to not using it. Except in these cases: Grammarly for helping me edit my dictating into legible sentences (punctuation and spelling- not writing for me!), timestamps and descriptions for youtube videos, and… THAT’S IT. I can’t even stand social media captions that are ai-generated. (And I have used them, mostly because I had someone helping me posted a bunch of video content I made and that’s what they did for captions. But I’m trying to reign that whole circus back in.)
The VALUE of our human effort, complex minds, and creative capacity.
What is worthwhile to outsource temporarily for some needed relief?
What is worthwhile to outsource permanently to make creative space in our lives?
What is worth protecting and defending and NOT outsourcing, to prevent atrophy and decay?
Where do you need to be brave this week?
Where are you ready to GO FOR IT?
Where are you not just stepping up, but strapping on your jetpack to fly to?
This is I would show you if you came over to my house this week:
I’m making my own yogurt! And it’s delicious. Here’s who I learned all about it from: Dr. William Davis, who wrote Wheat Belly (read in 2011, and it looks like he’s coming out with an updated version in May 2026) and Super Gut- fascinating. His big thing is gut health, specifically SIBO- and I think he’s really onto something…!!!! In fact, I believe undiagnosed SIBO is behind SO much mysterious chronic illness. (BTW the astrology of this year is reflecting big breakthrough changes in how we understand our bodies and what ails us.) Do a deep dive into his videos Here’s just one of his videos- rabbit hole time. He goes into explaining what this amazing “yogurt” can do for your body.
From Dr. Davis in the youtube video:
“Endotoxemia: there’s a dramatic rise in the level of endotoxin in the bloodstream, and that’s how microbes in the gastrointestinal tract can export their effects and experience. You can experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, rosacea, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, weight gain, especially in the abdomen, obesity, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, coronary disease. In other words, we need to re-examine all we thought we knew about human disease in light of the contribution of SIBO and endotoxy...Well how do we correct the situation that applies to at least half of the US population? You could take an antibiotic and that would at least temporarily improve the situation, but recognize that antibiotics are part of the reason we got here in the first place.… So, here’s my simple rationale that led me down this path of thinking about SIBO yogurt…” -Dr. William Davis
Here’s the yogurt maker I got. And I got the larger containers- the small jars are cute, but kind of too much to deal with. I also got the L. Reuteri bacteria strain Dr. Davis recommends.
I’m loving these crackers. Never gonna give you up.
This astrology book is excellent for every level of astrology-lover. Will be referring to it a LOT. Love it so much and so will you.
And this orange desk mat truly did give me an energy boost today at my desk. Not kidding. I had the feeling of “ugh” when I looked at my previous desk mat which was dark navy and kind of heavy feeling, like a black hole with no energy. So I thought I’d use some color frequency to energize my work area and I swear it worked.
And if you need two great new songs to boogie to, here you go: Lightning by Valued Customer & G.O.D. And The Broken Ribs, Jack White’s new tune. It’s awesome. Both songs give me hope about the future of live music.
Know anyone who you think would like this week’s issue? 🌞
I’m working on a new website- please check it out here! (It’s not totally finished, but I think it’s functional and kind of good-looking.)
I have a new-and-hopefully-easier-to-navigate page of my Services/Offerings there too- what you’ll find listed:
Parent-Child Readings: Curious what your child’s chart reveals? Astrology makes parenting much easier (and I think better, for both parent and child of any age.)
Couple’s Readings: Compatibility? I think that’s nonsense. Improve how you show up for each other. Love each other’s differences. Encourage each other to grow.
Professional Partnership Readings: One of the most practical applications of this work, as well as one of the most underused.
Natal Chart Readings: New to evolutionary astrology? A full reading is where to begin.
Follow-Up Readings: If we’ve worked together before and you’re ready to look at what’s cycling through your life now, I’d love to support you with wherever you are.
Astro-Location/Astrocartography: Let’s look at where you live or where you are going. What do you want to experience, and where on the planet does your chart get activated for that experience?
Free Discovery Call: If longer-term coaching feels like it might be the right fit, come have a conversation first. No pressure, just a chat.
If you like this ecclectic astrology & wellness newsletter, sharing it with just one person you think would appreciate it would mean the world. This community grows by word-of-mouth, and I’m genuinely trying to build something worth belonging to.
And if you’ve been on the fence about joining The Eleven, it’s only $11 a month for: breathwork 2x month, personal astrology Q&A, weekly guidance, a whole community is what we’re growing here. I wanted it to be a real yes for people, not a financial stretch. Feedback welcome! xo
(*If you purchase from the Amazon links, I do receive a very small commission, like pennies. Acknowledging that to be transparent about what I’m up to here. If you can find the same products where you live from a local seller, I encourage you to absolutely give your business to small business!!!)
