Let’s talk BODY & MIND before I sign off. I want to share two things with you I can’t live without.

1. Amber glasses after sunset until bedtime. You can actually feel your nervous system wind down when you block the blue light from screen devices, tv, and LED bulbs. I will forever be wearing amber lenses- they’ve changed my life and my sleep. There are many good brands, but here are one of the brands I like if you want a starting place. (Some cheaper brands don’t have great lenses, which means more blue light gets through.) These are my night shades:

   

   2. Finally took the plunge and got a cold plunge & I know it’s something I’m going to be a lifelong user of. Here’s the one I settled on after a whole year of indecision, research and payment plan option consideration (click pic to see on the actual site.)
