few things before i get to astrological musings about saturn/pluto sextile. my readings for april are open, and in couple months time i am going to pause one on one consulting work for awhile. if you wanted to get a reading with me, now would be a time. my focus will shift to more writing and other creative endeavors. the clients who booked for a year ahead are of course not affected by this change. one or two spots for a yearly booking might open up in may, stay tuned. now on to the saturn and pluto dance.
Some days ago, on March 28th we had an exchange between two planets that represent two facets of very challenging experiences in our lives. I haven’t seen people talk about it much, but we really should. It was constructive and positive exchange, and it deserves a separate write-up, as it will impact our paths for the next 4 years. Understanding the sextile between Saturn in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius at the end of March has the capacity to pull us through our most deeply seated fears and doubts. Saturn deals with fear, limitation, and structural change; Pluto deals with transmutation, death and power. This conversation requires awareness and firmness in personal convictions. This is the first step which will gain greater momentum by the end of April, when Uranus enters Gemini and the outer planets bi-sextile will take us ahead by the storm. For now we are slowly cooking the future and trying to not fall into the trap of the old world and our old selves telling us that there is still a lot to gain from the decaying reality. This aspect is of sharpening tools and ideas, of removing all the weight that stands between you and few radical choices that ought to be made, when the air and fire element dominance takes total hold over our lives you’ll be happy that you made these changes.
Saturn met Pluto in January of 2020 in Capricorn and that was a starting point of the old world beginning its public funeral, that conjunction changed the rules of the game to extend the shelf life of the legacy powers, to buy them time, to confuse us about the nature of authority. But what did it mean for all of us, what has been dying for us, what has been going through convulsions since 2020 in our individual realities? Where is Capricorn in your chart? That’s where it all started. Now we have arrived at the next chapter of the story, a more positive one. We have a window of 3-4 years to turn this awareness into a decisive move and overcome the fear of personal authority that upsets so many, to make choices that send ripples in your world, and maybe beyond. Now let’s get clear on what are the tools at our disposal.

Pluto in Aquarius is where you need to push, to allow the force of your suppressed self to erupt, to stop seeing your visions and ideas as fringe, and reposition them into the center of your focus. Then we have Saturn in Aries, that’s where fear, self limitation, structure and slow progress comes in. Your Saturn in Aries house is what is being overcome by the power of Pluto, what is being overcome is the fear of being the self that upsets by existing fully, by exercising personal will without seeking permission and support. This is an invitation to pick yourself up, and commit yourself to the process of carving your corner of the world as you see fit. In 2020 when they met up, and initiated this cycle, we were for the most in the dark, and profoundly misaligned, now this is a different chapter of that rough beginning, use it.
There is something that requires courage now, and this thing has been crystalizing and taking shape since 2020. You may have approached the decisive moment a few times since 2020, maybe you ended up succumbing to the fear, or maybe you jumped off the deep end, the outcome of course depends on the Natal Chart. Some succeeded, some faced a great deal of resistance, some got stuck in the state of freeze. Whichever group you belong to I have some good news, pull yourself together for the next stage of this initiation. It may be the first step, or maybe you have been banging the wall trying to make a dent for a while, just know that if there is a moment to take risks, this is it. It is not going to be an instant gratification scenario, but it will place you in the right lane, it will set the foundation of your individual world in accordance with your individual will, and that is the most significant thing right now - the exercising of the individual will to the max.
