The Power of Pencil Sketching
When I’m working on solutions, refining perspectives, or exploring how to make strategies actionable, I always start with a pencil. It might seem basic, but that simplicity is precisely what makes it so powerful. Sketching forces me to stay at a high level and focus on what truly matters. It’s about capturing the essence of an idea without getting lost in unnecessary details.

This approach helps in two key ways:

1. Creating a First Draft: Sketching allows me to quickly put together a rough version of an idea. This is the starting point—not the final product. It’s a way to test ideas, get them out of my head, and make them tangible.

2. Inviting Collaboration: Once I have a draft, I bring it back to the team or the client. This rough sketch becomes a conversation starter, helping us explore different perspectives and refine the message together. The iterative nature of this process ensures everyone is engaged and aligned.
