[EU-RUS] EU Sanctions against Russia JSON

Covers two EU regimes concerning Russia. Under Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484 and Regulation (EU) 2024/1485, the EU designates individuals and entities responsible for serious human rights violations, the repression of civil society and democratic opposition, or the undermining of the rule of law in Russia; designated persons are subject to an asset freeze, designated individuals to a travel ban, and exports of equipment for internal repression or for telecommunications interception are restricted. Under Decision 2014/512/CFSP and Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, adopted in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, the EU also imposes country-wide sectoral measures, including an arms embargo, export controls on dual-use and advanced-technology items and luxury goods, import bans on Russian oil, coal, gold, diamonds, and iron and steel, capital-market, banking and financial-messaging restrictions, port, airspace and road-transport closures, an investment ban in the Russian energy and mining sectors, and a ban on providing professional services to Russia.
