speaking of forgotten T+C wips, I found this one. better known by it’s name “IDK”, I made this version to be a little less of a clusterfuck. “IDK” is one of the core T+C songs for me now, but ive always thought it had too many clashing melodies. i think this version manages to capture the spirit while also being enjoyable to listen to
i also finally gave it a proper title. this title was actually the title of a different t+c song, and something i wanted to use since high school. rare that t+c lore from high school gets a place.
Dug up this old scrap from…late 2024. okay, not as old as I expected, actually. These “interludes” were meant to be on a (theoretical) first Tragedy + Comedy album, wherein the focus would shift towards the characters Tragedy the Reaper and Comedy the Jester, interspersed between more Tamaki and Cyan focused songs.
The last segment here is “Lady Death’s” theme. I’ve never mentioned her because I like to keep most of the details about Tragedy and Comedy (the characters) vague and up to interpretation. She’s Tragedy’s boss, in a literal sense–but I consider her more of a godly figure. One that cannot be fully humanized.
The first album would detail Tragedy’s meeting of Comedy (which I’ve actually written out here) and their relationship. Exactly how the story goes isn’t canon yet, but the current version is: Comedy doesn’t die when they were supposed to, so Tragedy has to figure out why so they can fulfill fate as it’s meant to be.
chill wizard beats to relax/study to
I’ve been doing some blog clean up and gave my blog a new theme, which had a music player which got me wanting to write a song based on my blog. Since it has a sort of wizardly look to it, I decided to reuse Ozzy’s theme.
I may touch it up later, but I consider it done for now.
