Share on Mastodon v0.17.1

This one contains a¹ couple² bug fixes.

I also refactored some of the plugin’s inner logic.

As always, the plugin can be downloaded at https://wordpress.org/plugins/share-on-mastodon/. (We have documentation, too! I mean, it’s a work in progress, but it’s something.)

1. Under certain circumstances, the “Share on Mastodon” meta box would no longer be shown.
2. A second bug affected certain block editor users, and led to, well, the plugin not sharing anything.
