Severi Salminen,
a Finnish professional violinist, master of music from Sibelius Academy, Helsinki, computer scientist with B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Aalto University in 2016 and 2019 respectively 1, and software developer and former computer chess programmer. He is author of ssRay, an unbiased Monte Carlo path tracing renderer capable of producing very realistic looking images 2, and author of the WinBoard compliant chess engine Requiem 3.
