an UCI compliant chess engine by Roberto Munter alias Dr. Otto Schmidt, derived from Igorrit of the Ippolit series of programs, written for mere personal entertainment 1. The Elektro Chess Engine site 2 introduces the engine as a parody of the pseudo Soviet propaganda of the pseudonym Ippolit authors and comrades 3.
