Do we want to start doing member-only nights?

on non-thursdays? Can maybe overlap w member meeting or some sort of town hall or other things. or could structure it as a more productive kinda meeting. or just friends hanging out.

don't want it to be so often that it makes members not show up at open hack night.

i think this is a good idea. having a dedicated time for just known people would be a much better time to hash out policy and discussion and such.

a monthly schedule makes sense to me. maybe we could do a poll in member-business on the best day during the week for everyone?

twice a month, maybe surrounding the member meeting might be best? doesn't necessarily even have to be on the same days of the week. one weekend night preferred. I'll put out a poll soon.
