My name is B Michael Payne. I do all sorts of stuff, most of which I think is awesome. I’m a writer-contributor for Capital NY, Pitchfork, AlterNet, and, you know, other various places that shall have me. For almost two years I was a weekly columnist at Fuse, before their big recent redesign and until my editor left for other, equally green pastures. I’m presently an editor/producer at Zedge, creating entertainments and content.
I also take pictures, doodle, chat with people, do wonky online stuff, and read a lot of books.
I wrote One Week One Band treatments of Kanye West and Silver Jews.
