2dengine is a software company that makes apps and games.

You need a 2dengine account in order to access or download the full versions of our apps. Your account is also used to record high score entries, achievements and other types of User Generated Content.

Users who are under a certain age or do not wish to specify their age may have their accounts limited. Limited accounts cannot customize their profile and lack access to some social features. Please complete at least one purchase to remove this limitation.

Sure! You can install our games on your device if you wish to play offline.

2dengine.com is safer than many other platforms because all of our software is developed in-house. If you feel uneasy about installing our games, you have the option of playing directly inside the browser.

Sign-in with your 2dengine account and go to the store page of one of our games. Navigate to the downloads section to see a list of platform-specific binaries. Please choose the appropriate file format suitable for your operating system. You must review and accept the 2dengine License Agreement prior to installing our software.

Windows

Installers for Microsoft Windows are distributed in the "exe" format. Download and click on the installer file. You may receive a warning from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. You need to press on "More info" and "Run anyway" to proceed with the installation. You may also receive another warning asking for your permission to allow the installer "to make changes to your device."

Linux

"AppImage" files are supported on different Linux distributions including Ubuntu. Right click on the downloaded AppImage and choose "Properties." Open the "Permissions" tab and mark the checkbox that says "Allow executing the file as program." You can optionally install "AppImageLauncher" which integrates the software and automatically sets up shortcuts on your system.

macOS

Please note that macOS blocks applications downloaded outside of the Mac App Store. You can disable this limitation from System Preferences > Security & Privacy under the "General" tab. Click on the padlock in the bottom-left corner and allow running apps downloaded from "App Store and identified developers." 2dengine provides installers and application bundles for macOS. Right-click on the downloaded application and choose "Open." You may receive a warning asking if you are sure that you want to open the application.

Android

By default, the Android operating system does not allow installing apps that do not originate from the Google Play Store. Fortunately, you can circumvent this limitation. The exact steps may differ between the various flavors of Android. Start by opening to the "Settings" screen then choose "Apps & Notification." Open your web browser settings and enable the "Install unknown apps" option. Once this feature is enabled, you will be able to download and install our apps on your device.

To redeem a software license code, please sign in with your 2dengine account. Click on your avatar picture, choose "Products > License Codes" and then enter the code on the following screen. Once redeemed, the license code cannot be used again.

2dengine provides premium access to some of our previous customers. Click on the avatar picture and choose "Previous Customers". Please follow the instructions on the page to verify that your account is eligible. 2dengine.com/customers

Our products are distributed online through the website 2dengine.com. We provide downloadable builds for a number of platforms that are not available elsewhere.

To request a refund, you must sign-in with your 2dengine account and open the "Orders" page. Click on the icon next to the item you wish to refund and follow the instructions. You must submit the refund request no later than 14 days after receipt of order.

Before deleting your account you are first required to uninstall all 2dengine software from your device. To permanently delete your account, click on your avatar picture and choose "Privacy > Delete User Account."
