The U-spot taught me this: your openings don’t have to be dramatic to be profound.
In business, intimacy, or creativity — the way you begin sets the tone for everything that follows. If you rush past that first threshold, the whole experience carries tension — the kind that can make you want to put things off, avoid the task altogether, or distract yourself with something that feels easier.
But if you pause and give it space, the “beginning” naturally finds its own rhythm.
That’s what I’ve noticed when I get an idea — for an article, an offer, or a new project. At first, I feel the spark, but when I check in with my body, it’s not fully ready.
Instead of forcing it, I hold it lightly, like a container that isn’t meant to be filled yet. And then, a few days later, the missing piece drops in — perfectly, without me pushing.
That’s what I’ve realized lately with my Yoni Egg practice. I noticed that my body is always ahead of my mind.
My body already knows what’s true — my mind just takes longer to catch up with words, structure, and clarity.
In Kabbalah, there’s a path that explains this perfectly. (Don’t worry, you don’t need to know Hebrew or mysticism for this part.) Think of it as an ancient map of how transformation moves between two poles: embodiment (what you feel in your body) and expression (how you share it).
On one side: the body’s raw wisdom — instinct, flow, sensation, play.
On the other: structure, systems, language.
When these two walk together, you feel grounded and expressed. But when they’re out of sync, you either live in overwhelm (all body, no clarity) or overthinking (all mind, no flow).
The Yoni Egg is the practice ground for this balance. For many women, especially if you’ve felt numb to pleasure or disconnected from your body, this is where it begins: sensation returning to the vulva. Subtle tingles, warmth, or shifts in pressure that you may have overlooked before suddenly become noticeable.
This isn’t just theory — the changes show up in the most ordinary moments of life.
And that’s the point. The practice doesn’t rush you into intensity — it teaches you to meet the smallest flickers of sensation and let them grow.
It asks you to:
Trust sensation before you can explain it. Even if it feels faint at first, that spark is your body starting to speak.
Let intimacy unfold before rushing into the “main event.” There’s no goal to hit — just deepen into the present moment.
Hold the subtle spark long enough for it to teach you — in your body — before you try to explain, systemize, or create it.
This is where numbness begins to turn into aliveness. And once your body remembers how to feel again, it becomes much easier to trust its timing — in intimacy, in creativity, and even in business.
For me, that meant realizing:
I don’t need all the answers and full clarity before I start.
I can build “containers of becoming” instead of finished offers, systems, or funnels.
My job is to linger long enough at the threshold so I can become it, not rush past it.
And that changes how I approach everything: create offers, lead launches, and even start my day.
If you’re a Manifesting Generator or Manifestor, you probably know the tension of wanting clarity now — wanting to skip to the part where it all makes sense.
But your body already knows. The clarity comes after.
That’s why I created The Sensual Reset Workshop — not as another thing to add to your to-do list, but as a “lived” space to practice this. Together, we’ll slow down at the threshold, reawaken pleasurable sensations that may have gone quiet, and let your body show you what it feels like to begin from ease instead of pressure.
Whether you join in person or virtually, it’s a chance to reset how you enter — your intimacy, your work, your day — so that everything that follows can flow with more softness and sustainability.
✨ As a paid subscriber here on Substack, you’ll automatically get access to all of my workshops (including this one). If you’re not ready for the full subscription yet, you can also join this workshop with a one-time ticket.
Because the truth is — the reset doesn’t come from adding more. It comes from remembering how to meet yourself fully at the beginning. Then and only then will the middle and the end follow naturally.
