Anna Cascarina · The Fashion Journal

How are the weeks going so quickly at the moment? It feels like I only just sent my last Sunday List.

I hope you’ve all had a lovely week. I’ve been into London a couple of times. On Monday I had a gorgeous Kat Burki facial at Liberty, which was so good. I can highly recommend it. Then on Thursday I popped along to the John Lewis AW26 press day. It was brilliant, although very surreal looking at coats and chunky knitwear while we were all absolutely sweltering.

In this week’s Sunday List, I’ve already bought one item and very nearly bought another. Everything else has gone straight onto my wishlist, which, at this point, is becoming slightly ridiculous. I really do need to stop adding to it... but I don’t think that’s going to happen anytime soon, knowing me.

I also have a couple of spaces left for my first ever subscriber meet up, so I've decided to open the final few tickets to everyone, not just paid subscribers.

Date: Saturday 25th July, 2-4pm

Location: Central London

It isn’t a networking event and there’s zero pressure. It’s simply a chance to put our phones away for a couple of hours, chat about fashion, style and life, and meet some of the people behind the comments and messages. We’ll swap ideas, share stories and spend time with people who just get it.

There’ll also be a lovely goodie bag worth over £80 for you to take home.

So if you fancy a coffee, a chat and a couple of hours with like minded people, I’d absolutely love to see you there.

Tickets are £10 and include your first tea or coffee. Just click the link below to book.

Come to the meet-up

Arket shorts, £65

I tried these on on Thursday and very nearly bought them. The only reason I didn’t is because I went made in the Liberty Sale the other day!!! They’re a really good shape and length. Perfect with sandals and a cute vest or embroidered top.

H&M cargo trousers, £49.99

How cool are these cargos. Slightly sheer and easy to wear. And I love the button detail at the hem. Look way more expensive than they are.

The Anteros shorts, £120 (15% off with code 15email)

I’m in love with these shorts. The colour. The fabric. The length. Wear with a little white tee and flip flops. Such an easy outfit.

Leset blue dress, £325

The colour of this dress is so gorgeous. Love it over a bikini on holiday or over a vest and trousers in the city. Also comes in orange but this is my colour of choice.

Zara red heels, £59.99

The heel height of these red sandals are perfect. not too high, not too low. A great shoe for a wedding or summer event. Super sexy and timeless. Plus there 100% leather.

H&M Egyptian cotton pjs, £49.99

You can wear these pjs in bed or out and about. They’re 100% Egyptian cotton so are breathable and light. perfect for this weather. Wear with flip flops and some cool jewellery to add interest.

Elce stripe dress, £246 (15% off with code 15email)

I had this in my basket even before I saw the back, and then when I saw that gorgeous back detail, it sealed the deal. Perfect cover up for the beach or I plan on wearing with bermuda shorts too.

M&S cotton shirt, £28 and matching trousers, £28

Another great white shirt and trouser set. this time very soft and floaty ramie style. The kind of pieces you won’t want to take off.

Zara halter dress, £59.99

Love the back detail of this dress. I love how the back tie can be adjusted to fit perfectly over whatever size bust you have. Plus it has pockets!

H&M flipflops, £12.99

Love this colour combo of red and beige. So chic and what an absolute bargain!

Sirapop fringed cape, £246 (15% off with code 15email)

Such a chic way to add some interest and personality to ab outfit. And I thought the price wasn’t too bad for what an impact it makes. I’d wear with jeans and a tee for contrast.

Zara jacquard top, £39.99 and matching trousers, £49.99

Again, the back detail of this top got me. So chic and the mini buttons make it look way more expensive. The matching trousers are so cool too but I think I'd wear the top mainly with baggy jeans and flats.

H&M jersey & lace playsuit, £17.99

This playsuit is so fun and would be great on holiday as an easy throw on. I love the retro colour combo and lace detailing.

Has anything taken your fancy this week? I could easily buy everything but I must be restrained.

And just as a last reminder, I have opened up my meet-up tickets to all of my subscribers now, whether you’re paid or free. I’d love to see you there.

Saturday 25th, 2-4pm.

Have a great rest of your weekend
