I have an unusual request today.

If you’re happy with the state of this country, I don’t want you to spend your time reading this Substack.

Seriously. If you’re fine with the way things are going:

Grocery and gas prices going through the roof…

The GOP ripping away health care and food assistance from those who need it most…

Trump handing tax cuts to billionaires while working families struggle…

MAGA winning here in Minnesota because we didn’t put up enough of a fight to keep this seat blue…

If you’re okay with all of that, I want you to stop here and keep going about your day. I mean it.

But if you’re as outraged as I am, I’m hoping I can have just a few more moments of your time.

I don’t have to tell you that families are stretching every dollar while the rich keep getting richer. We’re witnessing in real time the complete destruction of the government programs that keep working folks afloat and that so many seniors have spent their entire lifetime paying into, at the hands of MAGA extremists.

All while the Senate GOP sits on their hands and does absolutely nothing to put a stop to Trump’s political corruption.

If you’re anything like me, you’re furious. And you should be. But that’s why I’m running to defend this seat from a MAGA takeover and help Democrats take back control of the Senate.

I’m running because Minnesotans deserve a fighter in Washington, who will actually speak up for the folks who are paying $10 for a dozen eggs and $5 a gallon at the pump. Minnesotans deserve a U.S. Senator who pushes back when Trump comes for your health care, your retirement, your kid’s school lunch — and doesn’t just let the status quo stand.

That someone is me – but I can’t win without your support. This race is too important to ignore, which is why I’m reaching out to you.

I’ll be honest: Early voting has already started, and Republicans are not letting up on their attacks. They’re spending millions to flip this seat and if we’re going to compete with their ultra-wealthy donors, we need grassroots Democrats like you to step up and show your support.

I know you probably didn’t wake up today and think “I’d like to make a donation to Angie Craig.” But I’m not exaggerating when I say: The outcome of my primary election in August could make or break whether or not Democrats truly have a shot at regaining control of the Senate.

If even a small part of you feels angry or like our country is moving in the wrong direction, then I’m urging you to please donate to my race before it’s too late.
