Who’d Have Thought You Cob Building Would Be So Profitable Online!

Do you know how to do something specific really well?

If you do, then you have the opportunity to build a profitable online business showing other people how to do what you do well.

Being an expert at something gives you an opportunity to teach and not just do.

You don’t have to be an employee working for a boss or clients, you can teach other people how to do what you do.

The more unique your skillset is, the better.

For example, imagine earning just shy of $2,000 each month from creating and sharing videos of yourself building homes using raw materials like mud and wood.

Sounds mad right, but that is what Miguel ‘Sir Cobalot’ Elliott is doing.

He currently has 393 members (395 minus 2 admins) all (potentially) paying $5 each month to learn more about building earth structures.

$393 people paying $5 would be $1,965.

His welcome videos mentioned people joining for free so some of the members may not be paying $5 per month, that might be a recent development.

But he also mentions his popular course which is priced at $29 per month or $249 for the whole year, and so it is highly possible that he is making far more than $2,000 per month.

He says that people can build a small warm hobbit home costing less than $3,500.

They make great garden snugs for relaxing in.

Long warm summer nights with a book and a beer in one of these snugs at the bottom of your garden sounds incredibly inviting.

I’d happily pay $5 per month to learn how to build a hobbit house like this… I might even stretch to $29 per month.

It appears that 393 people are also happy to pay to learn!

This is the perfect example of an Offline Online Hybrid Businesses because it connects people online from all around the world who are interested in this offline subject.

I think it is fantastic!

Miguel has built an online business and community around something he loves doing.

He is passionate about cob homes and wants to share with the world this ecological method of building affordable housing.

Homes made from recycled pallets and mud is only one of potentially hundreds of thousands of hobbies that could be turned into a profitable online business.

There are new paid communities popping up every day which are making decent monthly incomes for the owners.

With AI taking over the information publishing industry at speed, starting an online community around an offline topic is the future of making money online.

You mark my words!

The sooner you get started the quicker you can grow your community and profit from it.
