✨ One year as a coach ✨

Hello everyone! I’m back after a beautiful, much-needed break in France this summer. It gave me time to reflect on the past year and what I’ve been building.

Last summer, I graduated as a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC. Since then, so much has happened:

• 🎯 5 incredible one-on-one clients — from close friends to brand-new connections.

• 💡 42 discovery conversations, each one opening doors to meaningful exchanges.

• 🏡 6 in-person workshops at my home, impacting 24 women and still seeing the ripple effects today.

• 🌸 A co-hosted Paris event with my friend Katy, gathering 17 inspiring women.

• 🎤 3 webinars with different organizations, sparking transformative discussion.

• 🌐 Built a new website [link here] and shared 13 blog posts on Substack — a space to write, reflect, and connect more deeply.

And the part I’m most excited about… I signed two corporate clients! 🤯

• In July, I led a 3-hour workshop for young leaders at Bank of America in Paris (yes, structured products sales — like I once was!). It was such a full-circle moment to share tools for better communication and more inclusive leadership.

• I also joined the coaching roster of a French bank in New York, where I now work with C-suite leaders on cultural challenges, leadership growth, and creating balance in high-pressure environments.

✨ Why I do this work ✨
I am passionate about transformation — my own has played a big role in shaping who I am today. I want to empower women to shine their own light, to stop dimming themselves, and to step fully into their power.
I also love working with mission-driven entrepreneurs — being their sounding board, helping them grow faster, and seeing them reach for the sky and impact so many others. And in corporate coaching, I see how many talented people are on the “right track” but don’t feel happy. Helping them reconnect to themselves and find fulfillment in their work is deeply gratifying.

Is it perfect? No. I’m not yet where I want to be financially. But honestly, I am SO proud of what I’ve built in just one year — and I’m learning every single day.
