Chloe Vichot · Real Talk by Ancolie

During my last weekend in France, we had the rare joy of gathering the whole family: mom, dad, siblings, partners, and six kids. On the last day, we all went climbing.

The kids had a blast in their section, while my dad and I started on the easy routes. Soon my brother and brother-in-law joined us and quickly suggested harder tracks.

On one climb, I couldn’t reach the second jug. It was just too high. The boys, taller than me, managed after a few tries. I must have tried 20, maybe 30 times, and still couldn’t do it. Frustration kicked in, but I didn’t want to give up.

Then a girl nearby asked if I was open to feedback (yes, of course!). She suggested I step back, run, and use the first jug as a jump. So I tried again, and again. It must have been another 20 times or so. I was exhausted, ready to let go, but my mom and sister cheered me on, reminding me I could do it. I gathered every ounce of strength, jumped, grabbed the second jug, and somehow climbed all the way to the top. When I landed back down, the entire room clapped.

It reminded me: I am resilient. A warrior in my own way. I may fall, sweat, and get exhausted, but I keep trying until I get there. That’s who I am.

And that’s how I approach my business too. Coaching isn’t easy. Building from scratch isn’t easy. But I won’t stop until I reach the level where I can fully support myself and my family.

And this is also why I do what I do, so I can support you. I know how hard the climb can feel, and that even when you finally make it to the top, you’re sore for a few days… but the feeling is the best. When I see my clients conquer their own “hard climb,” the pride on their faces gives me so much energy. That’s why I love my job. That’s why I love my clients. 💫

💡 If you need support in your climb, maybe you’re not sure how to get started, or you’re stuck halfway. Let’s book a session and chat.
💡 And if you want to support me on my climb: connect me with your HR team, or introduce me to entrepreneurs who need clarity, accountability, or a cheerleader by their side.

To everyone who’s cheered me on so far: thank you. Every intro, every message, every word of encouragement, every like or comment on my posts keeps me climbing.

Every cheer, every connection, every intro helps me keep going. And trust me, I won’t let go.
