You are exhaling an entire identity. One built on agreements you never knew you were making.
There is a world we were told to seek permission from, and in it, power was perceived as existing on a pedestal, somewhere outside of ourselves.
But that old world’s towers are crumbling ‘round us now. The pedestalled are being exposed.
Trust is turning us inward now, towards ourselves.
Autonomy is the anthem.
A new world is birthing itself, offering to us its creative force.
If we accept the invitation, we become the weavers and architects of a budding reality that restores dignity to this planet …
One in-breath, and one out-breath, at a time.
You are exhaling an entire identity. One built on agreements you never knew you were making.
That which never sat right with you before is rising from the cavern of your subconscious, and magnifying itself for your close review. Don’t look away.
Your intimate relationships. Your professional undertakings. Your beliefs about sickness, and health, and freedom.
You are exhaling an entire identity. One that doesn’t suit you anymore.
Break any agreement that makes you shrink.
Deny access to all that requires a mask of you.
Your self-blockages were once comfortable appendages. They promised you attachment, and belonging.
But self-abandonment is not the currency where we are headed.
Exhale.
Your next in-breath is not you drinking in the old world.
It is giving your life force to a never-before-lived emanation of you.
The you who came to lay bricks in the foundation of a new, and dignified world.
All love,
Amanda
