What’s up friends!
I wrapped up my final painting for the Greenroom Festival, and feeling great about all the pieces. I have a total of 14 paintings + some paper paintings. I’ll be switching gears to some smaller paintings next week to wrap it all up. I’m feeling super vulnerable sharing this new body of work, the style, and overall feeling to have a show at this magnitude. Incredibly grateful for this opportunity. It’s been great sharing this all with you leading up to this show, and I can’t wait to have it all hung up in a few weeks.
Next week, I’ll be documenting all the work and getting it prepared for Japan. Lots more production coming up, details, and all that fun stuff.
This week was also jam-packed with our Open Studios - April drop. Thank you everyone for all the encouragement with these monthly drops. I dropped an extension of the Indonesia series (I still have a few more ones in the archive to share). Looking forward to shipping one of the paintings out to Australia next week. So rad!
With Greenroom Festival approaching the end of May, I’m putting a pause on the monthly drop for May. This will resume in June as a heads-up. I fly back to the States on May 29th, and it’s too complicated to get that set up for another drop. Appreciate the patience on this :)
Outside of painting my brains out, I’m setting up my apartment for a little art preview of all the paintings that are heading to Japan with some friends this evening (Friday). I get all nostalgic with my work, and sometimes friends don’t get to see this work before they find new collectors. Excited to have a low-key evening of wine and art tonight. I also love hearing feedback from my tight-knit crew on my work.
Overall, April has been a wild month of painting literally every day. Each painting pulls inspiration and learnings from the prior painting and honing in on my skills. Really cool seeing my work improve over this time.
Lets jump into it.

We have a total of 14 paintings done for the show! Holy cow. Each one tells a unique story of Japan and all those moments in between. Really proud of this new body of work. Here’s one last peek of the of final painting in progress.
Thank you to everyone who collected in our April drop. So fun sharing these works with you all. Appreciate you so much. The drop is now closed.
We’ll reopen the drop in June. I need to pause May as I’ll be in Japan for the Greenroom Festival.
Appreciate you all for the support! Have a rad rest of the month.
