Some of you followed this Substack because of the writing about self-mastery, discipline, and personal development.
That part isn’t going anywhere.
But over the past few months something became very clear to me.
The place where these ideas become real is not in books or quotes, It’s in training.
When you run long distances, when you train consistently, when you show up even when motivation disappears philosophy stops being theory and becomes practice.
Endurance training has a way of exposing things, like your ego.
Your habits and your ability to stay calm when things get uncomfortable.
You learn very quickly that discipline is not a slogan.
It’s something you build slowly, step by step, run by run.
So this Substack will gradually focus more on endurance training, trail running, and building a durable body and mind.
Not as “fitness content” but as a laboratory for self-mastery.
Because in many ways running long distances is simply philosophy in motion.
Some of you may not be interested in that direction, and that’s completely fine.
But if you’re curious about how endurance, health, and self-mastery intersect then you’re in the right place.
