Part 3 - Soul

Menopause is much too often only described in terms of physical symptoms, but its deeper impact reaches far beyond the body. It can be a powerful turning point for your whole self, one that invites reflection, realignment, and a renewed relationship with yourself. Rather than something to simply “get through,” this phase can become a meaningful journey inward. Here are some ways to support your inner world through it.

Welcoming Change
This stage of life can feel unfamiliar, even disorienting at times. Instead of resisting the shifts, try meeting them with curiosity. Change, while uncomfortable, can open doors to new perspectives, strengths, and possibilities you may not have explored before.

Being Gentle with Yourself
Menopause can bring moments of frustration, fatigue, or emotional intensity. In those moments, self-compassion matters. Speaking to yourself with patience and understanding—rather than criticism—can make the experience feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

Listening to Your Inner Voice
There’s a quiet wisdom that often gets drowned out in busy daily life. Practices like journaling, mindfulness, or simply sitting in stillness can help you reconnect with that inner voice. It can guide decisions, clarify priorities, and help you feel more grounded.

Living More Authentically
This transition can prompt a reassessment of what truly matters. Many women find themselves less willing to meet external expectations and more drawn to living in alignment with their own values. Let this be a time to honour who you are now—not who you’ve felt expected to be.

Making Space for Yourself
Self-care during menopause isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. Whether it’s quiet time alone, creative expression, movement, or rest, tending to your own needs helps restore balance and supports emotional wellbeing.

Seeing the Bigger Picture
Menopause isn’t a single moment—it’s an evolving process. Approaching it as a journey rather than a problem to fix can shift your perspective. With openness, it can become a period of growth, insight, and transformation.

Menopause is not just about managing symptoms it’s about rediscovering yourself. By embracing change, practicing self-compassion, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom, you can move through this phase with greater clarity and confidence.

And if you’re finding yourself wondering “what now?” then you’re not alone. Many women reach this point feeling unsure of where to start or how to bring all the pieces together. That’s exactly why I created my 8-week programme, Menopause - Now What? to offer guidance, structure, and support as you navigate this transition in a way that feels grounded and empowering.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. This can be a supported journey, one that helps you reconnect not just with your body, but with yourself.
