inspired by my previous fruity pebble cereal cookies recipe, i bring to u: lucky charms marshmallow cookies! as always, gluten free! these are perfectly thin, chewy, & buttery. almost like biting into a bowl of cereal. minus the bowl. & the spoon.

they're fun & they're kinda chaotic looking (with all the colorful marshmallows), but they make me happy. if u grew up eating lucky charms (or any marshmallow cereal), u need to make these.
