good evening all!!
as a slavic girl, i’ve been obsessed with kinder for… well, since my birth, basically. i think liking kinder is a characteristic all eastern europeans possess. kinder bueno, in particular, is one of my favorites… the combination of hazelnut cream, crispy wafer, & chocolate is just perfect. but, with my wheat allergy, i could no longer have them (っ◞‸◟ c)
i love making everything from scratch. i had some leftover hazelnuts (shoutout costco for the big bags of nuts) & decided to make my own hazelnut nut butter & add it into my gf chocolate chip cookie recipe because WHY NOT !!
also my good friend chloe loves chocolate hazelnut flavors & i made these cookies specifically to send to her in los angeles as a test for my cookie business hehehehe
what we’re making today:
gluten free chocolate chip cookies with swirls of homemade hazelnut cream (both “plain” & chocolate flavored for both kinder bueno filling & nutella vibes because i could not decide which i wanted) & chocolate chunks (shoutout mode chocolate for being so delicious & sugar free #notsponbutiwishitwas)
