@adelzaversea few people asked so here’s the recipe for my banana mochi bread with maple miso icing !! ingredients: ★ 120-175 g (½-¾ c) ripe bananas (i used 1 whole banana) ★ 320 g (2 c) sweet rice flour ★ 180 ml (¾ c) milk ★ 67 g (⅓ c) sugar ★ 4 g (1 tsp) baking powder ★ 1 egg ★ 28 g (2 tbsp) melted butter ★ 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract ★ 1 g (¼ tsp) salt ★ 1.3 g (½ tsp) cinnamon glaze: ★ 210 g (1 c) powdered sugar ★ 8 g (1 tbsp) milk ★ 4 g (1/2 tbsp) miso ★ 4 g (1/2 tbsp) maple syrup instructions: ★ preheat oven to 350 f (175 c) ★ mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth ★ add melted butter, egg, milk, & vanilla to the bananas & mix well ★ combine sweet rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon & add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined ★ pour batter into prepared pan(s) (if making small breads like me, bake for 20 minutes; if making a large pan, bake for ~40 minutes) ★ let cool completely before topping with icing & slicing ★ enjoy! #bananabread #miso #maple #icing #glaze #soft #recipe #glutenfree #mochi #mochicake #mochibread #chewy #dessert #dessertrecipe

ever since then i wanted to make another mochi recipe, but never really got around to it… until now!
& since it’s spring-time, i wanted to make a bright & colorful sweet treat, & what better thing to make than these these incredibly soft, chewy, & pillowy mochi matcha strawberry swirl blondies with white chocolate. they're naturally gluten free because they're made with sweet rice flour! also they’re pretty (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)
