I rarely ever send a post out a day after I just sent one. And again, at 4:23 am.

But this is important.

I had mind-blowing moments with AI moments ago.

It just saved me about 6 hours of manual work and I want to remind you to use AI more.

I feel a huge sense of responsibility towards everyone who's my audience here and who trusted me enough to open this.

How do you start?

Use Claude.

For what?

Set 15-minute timers throughout your work hours today. Write down exactly what you're doing when the alarms ring. At the end of the day, paste your list into an AI chatbot and ask it what can be done with AI.

You're still manually doing things that can be automated.

P.S. I'm working on something I hope will be amazing and it's one of the reasons I've been away. In the past few months, I've helped a number of tutors (and other people in education businesses) get their first few students. I have less time now and more people asking me to do the same, so…I'm creating a scalable solution for that.
