The Stones Cry Out: the Time for Confessing the Faith has Arrived

The time for standing by and watching history be made by the few is quickly coming to a close. Like the crowd that watched helplessly as Christ was led to His crucifixion, far too many today remain silent spectators while the Church is dismantled from within.

Every bishop currently holding office possesses the power to speak up in support of Tradition, yet most choose to wait and see how the cards fall, a path well worn by the cowards of 1988 who foolishly thought they could use the law of the Church to destroy the Church. The bishops today must realize that if they refuse to act, they will miss out on the honor due to the courageous confessors of the Church of all time.

The war for Tradition has already been won and the case for the SSPX has already been defended; it is merely a matter of time before this charade is put to an end. There is no mystery as to who created this New Religion; the very buildings we inhabit are witnesses against their heresies.

They have torn down the altars of antiquity and rearranged the entire assembly to the point that they would be better off building entirely new structures to house their innovations. Calling it the New Tradition is an oxymoron only a moron could believe. If they hate the Church of our fathers so much, let them give over the keys to those who still cherish this Tradition.

In this hour of crisis, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has provided a clarity that puts his peers to shame. In his defense of the upcoming consecrations, he pulls back the veil on the "conciliar revolution," stating:

"The decision of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X to consecrate new Bishops on July 1 demonstrates the impossibility of any dialogue with the Holy See. The Vatican’s refusal to comply with the Society’s requests confirms a double standard:

On the one hand, synodality opens the way to schism without this constituting a problem either for those who impose it from above or for those who suffer it from below.

On the other hand, a Priestly Fraternity of assured orthodoxy is denied permission to consecrate new Bishops precisely because it has not compromised with the conciliar revolution, the highest expression of which is synodality.

When the Hierarchy becomes complicit in the demolition of the Church, the only solution is to appeal to the state of necessity and guarantee that Apostolic Succession continues for the good of souls. Nothing has changed since 1988, and we can even say that the situation has dramatically worsened. I therefore express my full support for the decision taken by the Society of Saint Pius X."

His words confirm what the faithful have long known: the "state of necessity" is not a legal loophole, but a spiritual reality. We thank Archbishop Viganò for his clear defense of Tradition. It is my hope that more bishops will find the spine to show up to the defense of the Faith than did back in 1988. The time for political silence is past; the time for the confession of the Faith is now. If you will call Tradition schismatic, bring your receipts because we have ours.
