it would just be us

and my music in this world

everyone else would be drowned out by lyrics that burst our eardrums

i want to text you late at night

share jokes and stories and deep talks

it would be us and the stars,

i want somone i can dance in the rain with

sing in the kitchen at a late night karaoke session with a late night snack that we really shouldnt be having

i want someone to give me hugs that i can melt into

someone who i can just stare at them, and feel like the luckiest girl alive

i want someone who can share the joys of life with me

i want someone who will listen to my long rants and remember everything about me

i want someone who knows my favourite snacks and songs

knows me so well, they choose the best songs for my mood

the takeaway that im craving

i want someone who can break rules with me,

collect pottery and stamps, and take silly pictures of each other

i want someone that can bring me back to myself

i want everlasting happiness, and flowers

i want someone who i can share my life with

someone who would wipe my tears

and celebrate my wins.

I want to spend my life with someone, who makes life worth living.
