Videos of long petrol queues posted by frustrated Russian citizens are flooding Telegram and X channels.

The fuel shortages are a direct result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ frequent and sustained attacks by swarms of drones on oil refineries nationwide. While crude oil exports remain intact, the Country’s refining capacity has been severely impaired.
