Dinner This Week - I Planned It So You Don't Have To

This week’s meal plan is full of quick, family-friendly dinners that are perfect for busy summer nights. A lot of these recipes come together in about 30 minutes, which is exactly what I need this time of year when we’re spending most of our days at the pool and don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen.

Tuesday is extra special because it’s Molly’s birthday! 🥳 Every year I let my kids pick their birthday dinner, and this year she requested Chicken Parmesan over pasta. It’s one of our family’s all-time favorites, so it was an easy yes.
