The easiest way to avoid failure is to never stay anywhere long enough to measure it.

Arlo was pivoting again.

Crypto became NFTs.
NFTs became DAOs.
DAOs became longevity.
Longevity became AI agents.

Every launch arrived with conviction.
Every exit arrived with a new name.

And every abandoned venture was described the same way:

“It’s complete.”

Not failed.
Not closed.
Not abandoned.

Completed.

A real pivot happens after evidence. A permanent pivot happens before evidence arrives.
