When I’m caught in overthinking, it can feel as if the story I’m telling myself is the only possible version. Every worry feels inevitable. Every thought feels completely true.
But sometimes we just need is a tiny glimmer of light - a moment that breaks the certainty.
This week’s small step does exactly that.
Small step: Next time you find yourself spiralling, ask:
“What else could be true?”
It doesn’t demand an answer.
It doesn’t force optimism.
It just gives your mind somewhere else to go - a little more possibility, a little more perspective.
A gentle shift, nothing more.
And because we’re a few weeks into this shorter Sunday format, I’d love to hear how it’s landing for you.
Thanks for helping shape whatever we do next here.
