Giving Up On Pressing On.

There was a point when I questioned everything.

I had put in months of work, late nights, and countless sacrifices. But instead of the big success I imagined, what I faced was resistance; from funding challenges to people asking, “Are you sure people want this?”

Enrollment was slower than expected. Partnerships weren’t coming. And I remember one night, staring at my laptop, thinking maybe I should just shut this down.

What kept me going was the message I’d received from a student who said,

“Thank you for helping me start.”

“Your Academy gave me hope.”

“Tech Sisi changed my life.”

That was the reminder that even when it feels like nothing is moving, impact is being made.

Building Tech Sisi Academy has taught me that resilience is the most underrated founder skill. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to keep going.
