Have you ever booked a reading with someone who could see what you couldn’t?
Or found yourself completely fascinated by stories of intuition, synchronicities, or paranormal experiences shared at dinner parties?
I have.
I’ve always been drawn to the unseen.
Long before I ever imagined it would become part of my own life.
I sought out people who could tell me what they saw for me.
Then I worked with a psychic business coach who looked at me and said, “You can do this too.”
Later, I apprenticed with the modern-day shaman.
She cracked me open.
Something shifted before I could explain it.
That’s when I stopped trying to understand everything from the outside and began living it from the inside.
Not because I suddenly had all the answers.
But because I stopped looking to everyone else to tell me what was true.
From there, everything began to change.
The way I led.
The way I created.
The way I trusted myself.
Since then, I’ve continued studying, practising, and mentoring others to reconnect with that same place within themselves.
Because the work was never about becoming more.
It’s about coming back to who you’ve always been.
And once your attention returns there, it doesn’t just change one area of your life.
It changes the way you meet all of it.
Because where our attention lives is where our consciousness follows.
And our lives take shape from the level of consciousness we live in.
For you reading this, I don’t think the question is about the intention behind what you’re creating. You carry the best of intentions. You want what you create to mean something. To help. To contribute. To spread more love into the world.
We already know that.
The question is:
That’s where the practice begins.
Consciously choosing the highest version of yourself.
… Behind the wandering focus and doomscrolling might be a fear of failure.
… Behind not feeling ready to show up might be the fear that you’re not enough in comparison to someone else.
… Behind suddenly finding ten other things to do might be the part of you that would rather stay with what’s familiar than risk creating something new.
Our attention reveals where we’ve gone.
The practice is noticing it.
And choosing who comes back.
For the next 21 days, I’m paying closer attention to my focus.
… where it goes.
… what pulls it away.
… what I discover underneath the distraction.
And what happens when I consciously bring it back to what I’m here to create?
I’ll be sharing what I notice here as I live it.
And for paid subscribers, we’ll take those revelations into practice together through guided reflections, journeys and integration.
Not another 21 days of consuming more.
A practice of returning to yourself, again and again, while creating what matters to you.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to create something new, but keep finding your attention somewhere else, you’re invited to practice alongside me.
