Day 21 of 21-Day Soul Shift Series: The Higher Self Standard
It feels fitting to end this series with a reflection on all that I’ve learned.
This series aims to put into practice choosing our higher version in every moment of life.
… of choosing self-love
… of our focus on creation over consumption
… of where we place our attention
Intentionally practising holding myself in my highest version led to three big shifts.
Recently, I was in conversation with a business coach and candidly shared where I am in business. Still deeply passionate about helping high-achieving women build their personal brand from the soul. At the same time, feeling called to teach others how to deepen their intuition and energetics.
Her advice was genuine. Pick one.
What surprised me was how clear I knew the answer.
Not intellectually, but in my body.
I knew it wasn’t for me.
And in that moment, I felt a surge of excitement.
The kind that comes when something clicks into place. A deeper trust in what I know, and in what wants to emerge.
The clear distinction allows me to focus on creating what my soul wants, rather than being stuck in hesitations between what’s right, who to listen to, and wondering if I am good enough.
It’s a deeper knowing of what I am aligned with, and when I’m misaligned with it.
All that said, day 20 was published 7 business days ago. Because old patterns came up, and instead of choosing my higher self, I spiralled.
Brain fog.
Doubt.
The story is on a loop that no one cares about or notices.
That I had failed at keeping word to myself.
What I noticed throughout this series is that healing isn’t linear.
But upholding your higher standard calibrates your becoming.
The intention of this Soul Shift series is two-fold. One is pulled away from consumerism. Second is to strengthen trust in myself as a channel, my intuition, and to express it.
The structure I gave is simple, where channelling a focus every day and guides you to connect with it through shamanic journeying in under 15 minutes.
There were a couple of days I ended up skipping.
Because I needed more time to process what I connected with before sharing it. And those few times I felt aligned with quality over a set schedule.
Inside this short 21-day practice, choosing my higher self has built resiliency.
The time I took to process day 21 spiralled into avoidance. Avoiding old loops that no one cares about or notices. Playing small, like either I finish it or not, doesn’t matter.
But it does.
As that is following through on the words to myself, on what I set out to create, and become. And the return to who I wanted to become was the quickest I’ve led myself to experience.
Not the absence of the spiral.
But the speed of the return, the level of commitment to myself.
The capacity to hold disappointment and trust at the same time.
To experience rejection and still expect your desire is already yours.
To feel frustrated and still trust yourself.
Nothing outside has changed, but inside is a feeling and a knowing that I can handle it.
That no circumstance gets to determine my worth.
That no outcome gets to tell me who I am.
It becomes this lens of looking at where I can improve, what I can learn more of, rather than a knockdown on self-worth. It comes back to an empowered identity. It’s a new level of trust, which I feel the power of.
I also noticed something else.
Many of the moments I felt stuck weren’t because I lacked clarity.
They came from not acting on the clarity I already had.
The insight arrived so abundantly.
It felt like a bottleneck built up when I didn’t express them. Confusion and being stuck are often doubts interrupting creation. Looking back, I can see the arc clearly. The journey began by noticing where the mind creates separation.
The most surprising part is that the teachings themselves became my integration. I wasn’t just sharing the journey. I was living it.
Your strength is through repetition.
You fall off.
You return.
You forget.
You remember.
And every return strengthens trust.
Perhaps that’s what this entire series has been about.
Not becoming someone new.
This is the intent of this 21-day soul shift series: the higher self standard to initiate you to choose your highest expression, highest version, and create in flow.
Thank you for walking along this journey with me.
I’m so grateful for every reflection, every message, and every moment we shared.
The practice continues.
What’s mine to carry and what isn’t.
What’s aligned and what isn’t.
What’s fear and what’s intuition?
What’s safety and what’s joy?
Because once that distinction becomes clear, your energy stops leaking into indecision.
Your attention returns to creation.
And your life becomes less about figuring out who you are and more about expressing it.
That is what I feel this journey has given me.
And the journey of choosing your higher self remains.
A deeper trust in myself.
A deeper trust in what I know.
And a deeper trust in where I’m being led next.
If these 21 days have stirred something within you, there are other ways to continue the journey.
The Higher Self Experience is where we gather monthly to deepen the work through shamanic journeying, reflection, and integration.
For those who desire a more intimate practice, The Higher Self Circle offers additional gatherings and support through the lunar cycle.
And if you’re navigating a season of transition, visibility, or becoming, I also offer private calibration sessions.
Wherever you are on your path, I hope that this series has helped you trust what you already know.
And that you continue choosing yourself, again and again.
Today’s journey is not about receiving something new.
It’s about listening to what you already know.
Over the last 21 days, we’ve explored awareness, emotion, embodiment, devotion, congruence, receivership, self-recognition, choice, and becoming.
As we close this journey together, I invite you to return to your heart.
To listen beneath the noise.
Beneath the doubts.
Beneath the judgments.
And reconnect with the truth of what is aligned for you.
The answers have always been there.
Today, we simply make space to hear them.
