Happy Wednesday! This…this might be the craziest upside-down cheesecake yet. I don’t know how, but somehow they just keep getting better and better!
This Upside-Down Cookies and Cream Cheesecake (No-Bake) starts with a buttery and crunchy Oreo cookie crust that coats the entire thing and honestly…deserves a moment all on its own. And yes, you can use any chocolate sandwich cookie of your choice!! Then you get a rich and creamy no-bake cookies and cream cheesecake filling that is so silky, indulgent, and full of that classic Oreo flavor. And it doesn’t stop there…because then you get a thick and decadent hot fudge sauce layered right in the middle that takes the whole thing to the next level. Inverted to serve so the crust ends up on top and smashed with a spoon (trust me…it’s so fun) — I love serving it with a dollop of homemade whipped cream and a tiny sprinkle of crushed Oreos!
Every single bite is rich, creamy, and so satisfying. No to mention, it’s incredibly fun to make a serve! I promise this one will be a crowd-stopper every time <3.
