10 Things We’ve Been Gifted That We’d Rebuy

If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ve probably seen our Recommends posts every other Sunday. They’ve become one of our favorite things to share because they’re a really fun way to include the whole team on our Instagram. Over the last year, we’ve been lucky enough to have brands send us products to try out. Everything we’re gifted goes into a drawer at the office, and after someone does their Recommends, they get to pick one or two things to take home and test out. It’s been a really fun way for all of us to try products we might not have otherwise.

We've tried enough products at this point that it felt like a good time to share the ones we'd genuinely recommend. There have definitely been a few that weren't worth the money, but there are plenty we'd happily buy again. Here are 10 of the best (plus a few discount codes to use if you decide to purchase)!!

#1 Lake & Skye Sheer Fig + Salt Mist - this one smells amazing and is really affordable. I also loved that it’s both a hair and body mist and the mini size is great for travel or throwing in a bag!

#2 Merit Flush Balm - a few of us had this even before it was sent over and we all love it. The color Archival is really pretty, but you honestly can’t go wrong with any of them. Great for someone who wants just a little bit of color and an easy application.

#3 Oak Essentials Hand Wash and Balm Set - adding these to our install kit list! They look really pretty and the scent is so good! I love that the set comes with soap and lotion, they look so nice next to each other on the counter.

It really is the best detangling brush, worth every penny (and honestly I think the price point is great)! I feel like my arms are already smoother and don’t have as many bumps on them. The scent is a little strong, but I would say it’s worth it for the results.

#6 The Skinny Confidential Ice Roller - use code WDESIGN15 for 15% off! I would buy this over and over and over again. I keep it in the freezer and use it often in the morning to help me wake up and de-puff my face. It’s so great for redness, acne, and inflammation. It has also saved me on so many occasions when I’ve had a migraine and need instant cold on my eyes/face. I don’t travel without it anymore (it says pretty cold on it’s own but is colder in the fridge/freezer).

#7 Image Overnight Retinol Masque - I'm obsessed with this masque! I like that it has retinol for long term effects but it's also so hydrating and has helped smooth out the texture of my skin. It’s definitely worth the $$ in my opinion!

#8 Oak Essentials Cleansing Balm - there are lots of cleansing balms out there, but I really loved this one! It made my face feel so clean, while still feeling hydrated which is hard to do.

#9 Counter Retinatural Advanced Serum - another retinol option, but this one has retinol alternatives in it, so it’s really gentle and doesn’t irritate the skin. I can’t say enough good things about it and will be repurchasing.

#10 Counter Tri-Luronic Hydrating Serum - Counter was a new company to me when I tried this and I’m so impressed. This serum is so hydrating and was the perfect addition to my routine. Thinking about adding a few more of their products into my skincare lineup.
