Voices of Emergence is pleased to announce Liminal Soil, a six-week online journey co-created with Nathalia Manso. Rooted in the teachings of Joanna Macy and her Work That Reconnects, and augmented by the Enactment Arc developed by Alex de Carvalho. The programme supports leaders, practitioners, and change-makers in navigating complexity with resilience and relational awareness.
It is designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the wider systems they are part of, while developing the capacity to stay present in uncertainty and move from insight to grounded, coherent action.
📅 Tuesdays · May 12 – June 16, 2026
🕢 7:30–9:30 PM CET · 1:30–3:30 PM ET

This journey is for you if you recognise the conditions of this moment - distraction, disconnection, loneliness - and feel that what is needed is not more speed but deeper ground.
Liminal times ask for a different kind of response.
We are living through a threshold moment. The old world is dissolving, and the new has not yet fully emerged. Across technology, ecology, geopolitics, and culture, the ground beneath us is shifting - challenging not only what we do, but how we perceive, relate, and act.
Many people feel it: uncertainty, confusion, and a quiet sense that the old maps no longer match the terrain. And yet, alongside this disorientation, there is a deeper knowing that something new is emerging.
This is the nature of liminal times.
With Voices of Emergence, we have been staying close to this unfolding. What began as a podcast has evolved into a living learning community. Through our conversations and the relationships forming around them, one thing has become clear:
Listening is no longer enough.
People want to engage. To deepen their understanding. To learn through shared experience. To cultivate the capacities needed to navigate uncertainty with clarity, coherence, and care.
This is why we created Liminal Soil.
Participants will develop the capacity to:
Stay grounded and present amid uncertainty
Strengthen emotional resilience and relational intelligence
Expand systemic awareness and ecological responsibility
Translate insight into meaningful and coherent action
Clarify their role and contribution in times of transition
Cultivate belonging within a community of practice
This is not personal development in isolation. It is relational development within an interconnected world.
Because urgency without reflection reproduces urgency.
Because burnout is not leadership.
Because ecological responsibility begins with how we perceive and relate to the world.
Because action without belonging replicates the systems we seek to transform.
And because this moment does not need more reactive leaders - it needs grounded participants who can sense, relate, and act with care.
If this speaks to you, we invite you to join us.
