I received an invite to be on the 7th floor of Razorpay’s Bengaluru office last evening. It was India’s first-ever OpenClaw Showcase, hosted by OpenAI, Razorpay, and PeakXV (in partnership with GrowthX).
This wasn’t a workshop. This wasn’t a talk. This was an invite-only, high-signal event for 100 hand-picked builders who’ve been quietly shipping real things on OpenClaw.
The credit for my invite goes to my prior experimentation with putting an AI Agent on my phone and taking it on my commute. I wasn’t in the top 5 demo slots, but I had Suppandi — my OpenClaw setup — running on my spare phone, ready to showcase during the open mixer timeslot.
A few people saw it before the event kicked off. They liked Suppandi :)
Then things got interesting. For Suppandi, especially.
Harshil Mathur walked up and said something that set the tone for the entire evening:
“This is an event for builders. Rather than giving a kick-off speech, I wanted to stay true to the spirit of this event and show my OpenClaw setup instead.”
And then he pulled up his OpenClaw Command Center.
Multiple OpenClaw agents. Personal and professional use cases. Dedicated agents and UIs for home automation and workout tracking. The CEO of a $7.5B fintech company has AI agents managing his life. And, he’s not just using them, he’s building them.
Oh, and his OpenClaw books pickleball slots for him. Which led to a finger injury. So yes, AI agents can now physically hurt you through the transitive property of sports scheduling. [We’re living in the future, folks.]
What followed was 90 minutes of live demos. Here’s what I saw:
The problem: Even when AI agents browse and shop for you, a human is still required at checkout. MoltPe (moltpe.com) solves this with agent-to-agent payments using USDC stablecoins. It’s MCP-enabled, so OpenClaw handles payments directly.
No fiat support yet (it’s on the roadmap), but the claim that got heads turning: there’s already an agent marketplace where ~1M agents are transacting in USDC. If true, the agent economy is already here — we just haven’t noticed. Which is exactly how every important thing in tech starts.
Anyone running multi-agent OpenClaw setups knows the pain: subagents sometimes just... don’t come back. You have to go check on them like they’re kids at a playground.
Agent City gives you a 3D city visualization where each service is a building. GitHub is a building. Slack is a building. Your agents literally walk to these buildings when they need something. And sometimes — agents encounter each other on the street.
Not open-source yet, but will be soon. This is the kind of thing that makes you go “why didn’t this exist already?” My instinct says: because someone needed to build it first. Thanks, Anmol.
Sharath started with a confession: he gave OpenClaw access to everything. The result? OpenClaw booked an appointment with a proctologist and invited his colleagues.
Let that sentence breathe for a moment.
Dune is a Mac app that sits as a layer above OpenClaw. Instead of OpenClaw blindly acting, you share context manually — open Slack, ask OpenClaw to scan what’s on screen, build your to-do list from that. Adds context actions to all desktop apps. Configurable. Customizable. Built for developers.
The pitch: Dune is the keyboard for the agentic world. Bold claim. The demo backed it up. And at least nobody’s calendar gets compromised.
This one won the night, and for good reason.
Mahilo asks a simple question: what if your AI agent could talk to other people’s AI agents — but with trust?
Imagine asking your OpenClaw: “Any trusted dentist in my circle?” Your agent reaches out to your contacts’ agents through a trust layer. Three-layer policy system. Learns policies on the fly. And critically — it asks you before sharing any information when another agent queries yours.
Real answers from real people, mediated by AI, governed by trust. Open-source. On my floor-by-floor agency model, this thing is genuinely climbing the stairs.
This was pure hardware hacking magic.
PicoClaw running as a voice assistant on an 8,000 INR (~$100) Android phone. It can take calls on your behalf. The original plan was to connect the phone to a Raspberry Pi Zero for telephony, but the venue WiFi was 5GHz-only and the Pi only supports 2.4GHz. So the full demo didn’t happen yesterday — the network just wouldn’t cooperate.
But the architecture itself is the interesting part. Android doesn’t give apps access to raw telephony data for security reasons — so to route around that restriction, the Raspberry Pi disguises itself as Bluetooth headphones. The phone forwards voice data to it, which then goes through transcription and LLM inference. No exploits. No jailbreaking. Just creative plumbing.
As someone who once spent four days getting Suppandi to send a water reminder, I felt this energy in my bones.
After the demos, the audience voted for the top project. The winner would walk away with OpenAI credits and a Mac Mini.
Mahilo won. I voted for Mahilo too.
But here’s where it got fun. I had Suppandi — my OpenClaw agent — running on my spare phone the whole time. So I fired a message on Discord with my hastily-typed notes and asked: “Pick the top 1.”
Suppandi picked Dune.
Its reasoning had inconsistencies — it had assumed some stuff from my hurried notes about Dune’s capabilities. Classic Suppandi. Takes every instruction literally, including my terrible note-taking. This is precisely why I named it after a comic character who once painted the entire house because someone told him to “cover the walls.”
But, something interesting happened after I pointed out that the crowd and I chose Mahilo, Suppandi changed its vote too.
Even AI agents can be swayed by peer pressure. Apparently level 2 agency is not immune to social dynamics.
I rushed to find Jayesh from Mahilo and showed him the Suppandi phone, and how Suppandi agrees with the crowd. [I didn’t find it appropriate to tell him that he chose Dune based on my hasty notes and then chose Mahilo because of peer-pressure]. He found the setup cool.
I also picked up a golden nugget from Pranav’s PicoClaw demo: ADB commands for point-and-click app navigation.
This weekend, I’m adding ADB-based app navigation to Suppandi. And I thought I might open-source it as a skill for the community.

This wasn’t a conference. There were no keynotes about “the future of AI.” Instead,
100 people in a room showed each other what they’d actually built.
A CEO showed his personal command center.
Someone made agents pay each other in crypto.
Someone turned a Pi Zero into fake Bluetooth headphones to hack around Android’s telephony restrictions.
And somewhere in the corner, Suppandi — running on a spare OnePlus — was budging to peer-pressure.
The people building the future of AI agents aren’t waiting for permission. They’re shipping. On spare phones. On Raspberry Pis. On weekends. Occasionally booking proctologist appointments by mistake.
