WEEKLY DIGEST
This week marks six months of TSEE. Thank you for sharing this milestone and being part of this journey!
Nirosha and I previously shared why we care so much about bringing together the science and experience of energy, and you along with it.
We continue to hold this dear to our hearts.
We’re on a mission to support human flourishing.
“But what is flourishing?,” we’ve recently been asked a few times.
To flourish is to fulfill the unique potential you alone have to offer the world. Like every living organism, it requires continuous healing, growth, and transformation.
Healing, growth, and transformation require energy.
Without energy, there is no life. And when energy does not flow efficiently, we cannot be at our best. We feel tired and drained. We rely on stimulants. We get sick more often. We recover less easily from challenges. Life feels heavier.
When energy is properly patterned in your mitochondria, you feel energy. You have vitality. You still go through shit, but somehow you have the capacity to grow and transform—to become a better version of your unique self. You can flourish.
So, to flourish and achieve our collective potential, we have to understand energy.
And to understand the role of energy in our health, we have to use the two greatest instruments in the universe that allow us to understand how things work: science and the human experience.
TSEE is a vehicle for that journey.
To spend time with our families and prepare for the second half of the year, we’ll be taking a short summer pause in July.
We’ll be back in August with new papers, some beautiful mitochondria, fresh ideas from guest contributors, and new reflections from the biophysics side of our world.
With gratitude,
Martin and Nirosha
Energy Resistance in Health and Disease
·
Jun 30
In our first post, this week we revisited the Energy Resistance Principle (ERP) and introduced a new video. The 3-min animation explains how energy moves our bodies and mind, and how it could reframe our view of health and disease.
On Thursday, a podcast from The Diary of a CEO was published. On this podcast, Martin shared our understanding of energy and health, aging and hair graying, and some stories that have shaped us.
Thank you again for joining us!
To help grow this community, please share with someone you love.
