آسیب‌شناسی توسعه ترانزیت چندوجهی از طریق ایران و ارائه چارچوب بهبود آن (تحلیلی در سه حوزه حمل و نقل دریایی، جاده ای، ریلی)

چکیده

جمهوری اسلامی ‌ایران به دلیل ارتباط با آب‌های آزاد، اهمیت زیادی برای ایفای نقش ترانزیت کالا دارد. آسیب‌شناسی وضعیت موجود ترانزیت چند وجهی و تعیین راهبردهای موفقیت آن در ایران، اهداف اساسی این پژوهش می‌باشند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری و مصاحبه عمیق،، و از طریق کد گذاری باز ،محوری و عمیق به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت ترانزیت چندوجهی در ایران پرداخته شده است و مشخص گردیده است که نظام ترانزیت ایران براساس الگوی فوق در چه وضعیتی است و چگونه می‌توان وضعیت موجود را بهبود بخشید. جامعه آماری را صاحب نظران و خبرگان حمل و نقل و ترانزیت کالا ، تجار و بازرگانان، تشکیل می‌دهند و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم افزار Maxqda، انجام شده است. با انجام این پژوهش، علل و عوامل عدم توسعه ترانزیت کشور در حوزه‌های مختلف شناسایی و در شش دسته و 32 عامل اصلی دسته بندی شده اند و راهکارهای بهبود آنها پیشنهاد گردیده اند.

چکیده English

The Islamic Republic of Iran, due to its connection with free seas, have a great importance for the transit of goods. Pathology of the Present Status of Multimodal Transit and its Strategies for Success in Iran, are the main goals of this research. In this research, using grounded theory and deep interview methods, identifying the factors affecting the success of multimodal transit in Iran and it has been studied the Iranian transit systems based on the above model and how to improve it. The statistical community is composed of experts in transportation and transit of goods, traders and Merchants. So, after conducting deep and semi-structured interviews with experts in this industry and analyzing the information based on open, axial and selective coding in grounded theory approach And analysis of information, done with MAXQDA software. With this research, the causes and factors of the lack of development of iran transit in different areas were identified and classified into six categories and 32 main factors and some solutions suggested for their improvement.
